Help! Problem with making reservation on Correos website

I am trying to book my luggage transfer on Correos website and keep getting an error message (see below). I tried using my iphone, internet explorer, google and Edge. I get all my info in the reservation then hit the "pay" button and this error comes up: "HA OCURRIDO UN ERROR. El XML recibido no comple con los requerimientos de SC-ICP" What does this mean? Thank you.

You can try to call them during their open hours. They usually transfer you to someone who speaks English who can walk you through. They sent me a separate pay link (last year) so is that what you are also getting ?

Found the problem. You must click "send invoice".
