Does the bus back from Muxia stop at airport.
...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

I don’t think so. The few times I have bussed from Muxia, the bus enters the east of Santiago and terminates at the bust station on the southern district. I also think it’s a different number of bus. 6A to the airport.
