Hi all

We cycled the Camino from SJPP in 2003. I've finally got around to typing up my daily notes. They're very much a personal diary of how I felt each day and what happened to us. I wrote very much in a diary style rather than for publication. However, as I'm now investigating cycling the Via Francigena I realised that I'd like to read that sort of thing from other people so I'm putting them on line.

I'm not a web wizzo so I'm plugging them slowly into a blog at

I hope it's of use.

Hope to do st Jean de port to finisterre in September 24 on bike. To buy a bike in Ireland and transport or buy in France. Any thoughts welcomed
Is there a dedicated guide for cyclists that suggests alternatives to the rocky/steep parts of the trail? I found a link to a 2018 one on another thread, but it is no longer available.
