Credential in Logroño

I am walking the VDLP and I decided to take a break from it to walk the Frances for a while and train my body like that and then return to the vdlp. Because of this sudden decision, I have no information on the current situation on the Frances. I am arriving in Logroño tonight in the evening (unfortunately I couldn't find anything earlier) and would prefer to start walking immediately tomorrow morning. Is there anywhere where I could buy a credencial around 7-8 pm? The stuff I found online were all open only in the early afternoon.

There is also a Tourist Office which may be open. Oh to be in Lõgrono for Semaa Sancta...

The Municipal should be open in the pm. I remember getting a Credential there.
