Confusing sign at Sacavem bridge

[Camino Iris]

I found this sign confusing but now that I have navigated this part it makes a little more sense. The directions are to turn right at the bridge cross and turn immediately left to cross the road then follow along the river. There is major construction at the bridge and you are blocked from the river. To find the path you should cross the bridge but not cross the road. Continue down to a crosswalk cross the road and make your way down to the car dealership. You will then see a sign to Fatima.

Over the bridge and across the road then look for a oath to your left between the construction fences Pink arrow as well as the blue and yellow!
