Cammino di Santu Jacu in Sardinia

Have just discovered that there is a camino in Sardinia. Info found on camminando.eu Has anyone followed this route or know anything more about it? Would love to walk it if it's not too challenging.

Camino Way markers in Bronze

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
