Camino in Sardinia

There is a Camino route in Sardinia which is marked by yellow arrows. it was used by pilgrims from Sardinia crossing over to Spain. Has anyone walked it.

I found this website, it is very detailed and there is a guidebook in Italian, English, and French. I'm glad you asked the question, I'm going to Sardinia in January and would love to do some walking while I am there. This appears to be a well marked and organized trail, I don't know how much of it is in the mountains, which might be difficult in January. Anyone else know about this cammino?
