I am planning to walk the Piedmont route after the St-Gilles way. I thought i could link both. St-Gilles is on the Arles road so it is ok up to Montpellier. But from Montpellier to Carcassonne is it well organised, places to sleep and signaling? I saw yesterday on internet that Lepere has a guide for the Piedmont route starting from Montpellier to St-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Has anybody used it and if do what do you think of it?
Thank you for your help,
JPierre

Have a look at the blog posts on Piemont topics, a poster using the blog name Carolus walked from Montpellier to Lourdes last year, he used the Lepere book and refers to it in his first few entries. There is a few recent entries for this year, he continued from Lourdes and on to the Norte.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
