Booking.com problems

Not sure where to place this. Something is wrong with BOOKING.COM. It has locked me out of my account both thru the app and online. I made ALL OF OUR RESERVATIONS (starting next week) thru them. I have tried for a week - no tech support so I have to enter a confirmation and PIN numbers - to try to get to someone. They know there is a “problem” and can’t say when it will be fixed. Thank God I printed off all my reservations.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

All your bookings are sent to your email address.

Obviously there can be problems if you need to change/cancel a booking. You can use phone numbers are on this page: https://secure.booking.com/content/cs.html?all_phone=1&source=help_center

I have just been on, and it seems to be working okay now. I can understand how annoying this might be, but I also accept that this happens from time to time. Sometimes it is the price we pay for working online, albeit that Murphy makes sure we pay the price at the most inconvenient time.

As a matter of practice, I try and have my reservation details for flights, trains, accommodation, concerts, etc in at least one other place than the booking engine that I used. My go to travel planner is Tripit, but there are others, and these things are improving all the time. As well, I save any PDF tickets that are sent to me, or print any email I might need to a PDF. These are saved on my phone and 'starred' so that they are saved in my Adobe offline storage as well, and can then be accessed by other devices.

You may have done this already but in case you haven't.

I have all my booking confirmation emails for my next trip in an email folder ; have you tried opening one of yours to link it to your booking works for me just tried it!
Click email should open booking and at top says how many days till your stay to the right at top says view booking and i clicked on that and it showed the booking

Perhaps someone has tried to hack your account to get at your payment details. That might result in everything being locked. Hopefully you can access your confirmation emails and good you had printed too.
