Big group hike from Fasgar to Igüeña

The local associations are really trying to publicize this route. Though there aren´t too many people who walk from Bilbao to Ponferrada, these day group hikes ensure that the marking will be good for the intrepid few!

The picture was taken on the Campo de Santiago, site of an epic battle in the Reconquista, and one at which Santiago reportedly assisted in the defeat of the Moors.
