It's a .gpx file. You can open it with an app like Osmand or Trekarta, but there are many others. If others has the same issue I will try to change the format in some days (when I go back home)

    Invierno Planning Questions 2024

Another thing...☺️ We did the same Dornelas - Reina Lupa stage, but we climb the Pico Sacro. The first view of Santiago's Cathedral is impressed in my memories

    Invierno Planning Questions 2024

I found an amazing walk going up to the Mirador de Orellan over the roman mines of Las Medulas from Villavieja. The path is almost good but not marked. I talk with a Canadian pilgrim some days before starting the Invierno and he showed me a camino app with this route. I think it was wise...

    A Coruna to Betanzos

Ok , so we take this route, and it was really good. The first part was basically the official Camino route. After we take the "paseo fluvial" to exit A Coruña until the O Burgo bridge. From there is almost all on secondary road and on the cycling route mentioned before. My phone says 27,6 km...

    A Coruna to Betanzos

I don't trust google so much for that. And taking 23 km of busy roads is not a good walk. For that reason I've asked here if somebody has done it before. I will take a look at the bike trail, thank you!

    A Coruna to Betanzos

Google says that A Coruna to Betanzos is 23 km by foot. Seems a perfect distance. Let's see.. Anyway thank you @Grousedoctor and all the others for the advices!

    A Coruna to Betanzos

Making that easy without many details, the reason is to try the tortillas of Betanzos! 😋😄

    A Coruna to Betanzos

Is a bad idea to go to Betanzos from A Coruna instead of Sergude? Does anybody did this? Could be a valid option? Thank you for your opinions or advice

Invierno to SDC rather than Sarria

You will miss Las Medulas (mirador de Orellan) and the Rio Sil Canyon. Anyway me and my girlfriend did the same this april and may (we are going to the beach 10 km from Muxia now), even for the Baztan, and we find those routes absolutely fantastic!

    Sanabres- Downhill to Ponte Ulla!

We did it a few hours ago! My knees luckily are ok, but today the surface was very slippery, although it is all on asphalt! Take care with the rain! And for those who will pass here I would like to suggest to climb up to O Pico Sacro some kms after to take the first look at the Cathedral. Up...

LIVE from the Camino Kitchens in the Albergues in the Camino de Invierno

Hello everyone! And update about the kitchens from a Pobra do Brollon. Since now I confirm all that was said. In the list we add Vilamartin de Valdeorras. It has only two pans and a microwave. You can manage something but it's not so confortable. Here in Pobra the albergue is really good but you...
