irrie replied to the thread Backpack is 2 kg too heavy TwT.Don’t take the 10%-rule too serious. I am 1,60 m and 62 kg. I have walked two camino’s with a backpack weight of 7 kg with no problem. Every hour I take the backpack off for a few minutes.
