Reading is very Pilgrim friendly, great signage. Interesting Abbey ruins.

You're right, generally speaking. For me personally though, I have to make sure my heart rate doesn't go too high, having somehow managed to survive 2 (count'em!) cardiac arrests.

In Dutch, lopen refers to the physical act of putting one foot in front of the other...
