I can only comment on La Salvadorana which I collected just now - in short you start in the city of León, buy yr Salvadorana credencial at the Albergue, get at least one stamp per day while walking to the Cathedral in Oviedo.

I had started earlier and switched on to the Salvador. When I got to Leon, I got a separate credencial just for the Salvador and on the Salvador I presented the regular credencial I had been using as well as the Salvador credencial and got stamps...
I was wondering if @Pafayac knows something I don’t (like the Cathedral at Compostela is going to say no to other credentials with stamps on it).

You can get the Credencial for San Salvador in Leon; the rest you just stamp a credencial full and get another to continue stamp until you reach Compostela.
We (my husband and me) are finishing the San Salvador tomorrow. We met one pilgrim on the first evening in Cabanillas that shared almost all the stages with us so far. We picked up another pilgrim on the third night in Poladura de la Tercia. So...
Call ahead at Poladura and Pajares. Poladura the food is at the Posada so message there. If you stay at Albergue at Pajares tell her you want food also, we changed our booking and took both Comidas y Cena. Very happy. One at 2pm next at 7pm!
