There is one that I know of although not from Irun but from Bayonne which is very close:

You might also consider the Camino Vasco del Interior, which will take you down to Santo Domingo de la Calzada or Burgos. Mostly "low level" but some might consider the climb up to San Adrian's tunnel a bit of a bump.

As Kinky1 says there is the Baztan route. You will find subforum. I think you will find that those of us who have done it have nothing but good to say about it. It is not a lot of climbing but it is rather isolated. But truly wonderful......

I'm a very recent Baztan walker. Truly beautiful, isolated but we The Baztan 4 wouldn't have missed it for anything. That said it was more hilly //mountainous than I anticipated.
