Google the terms Pamplona and Correos. You will see a list of the relevant Spanish post offices and their hours. Some are closed until Monday others open. Good luck.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
I second the suggestion by @estorildon . Send it to Ivar in Santiago de Compostela, easy and cheap at the Post Office then when you get to Santiago, pick it up and take it home with you. Much simpler all round and was what I did on my first Camino.

I can't help you with the first question but with the second one as I've just come back from the post office and have sent something to the UK. This post office is not in Spain but it is the same from every post office in the EU when you want to send a parcel to the UK as a private individual:

Yes, you will have to fill in Custom Declaration Form CN-23. They have it at the post office and it's pretty easy: name, address, contact details for sender and recipient, weight of your items, name of each item in the parcel, their value (I usually write €19,90 ;) - they are not asking what you paid when you bought it but what the estimated current value is) and nature of these items - you will have to tick "gift" because they do not belong to any of the other categories which are "commercial items", "returning commercial items", and "documents". It's a nuisance but it is not a great hindrance for private individuals who are not selling stuff to their customers.

Best of luck with finding an open post office on this Saturday in Pamplona - whether you will send your stuff to Santiago or back home. And Buen Camino.

I sent my “overage” to Casa Ivar from a Pamploma Correos, and picked it up when I arrived in SdC. Correos has boxes if needed too.
