Time of past OR future Camino
will be starting on Sept 2, 2023
My wife & I will be arriving at the Biazzitz airport around noon (12:00) on Sept 2
We are looking at the Google maping for transpertation to SJPDP, my question is do the trains and busses run all day? or just in the mornings?

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

I assume you mean Biarritz. Plenty of trains that day. Bus from the airport to Bayonne station then train to SJPDP. Very straightforward.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Hi,
A shared taxi is the fastest (and it can be cheapest) way to get from Biarritz airport to SJPDP. I travelled to SJPDP last year - flew into Biarritz, got the bus to town and then the train to SJPDP. A few people approached me at the airport to ask if I'd like to share a taxi to SJPDP and I said no as I'd booked the bus and train tickets already. I later regretted it as it would have been so much faster, and the same price, to share the taxi instead of get the bus/train. On the plus side - it's a beautiful train journey. So it's a win win. And SJPDP is beautiful too.
My vote - shared taxi.

Hello, does anyone on this thread know if the bus from Biarritz/Bayonne runs on Sunday? Many thanks
