not related to pilgrimage, but today is the European Broadcasting Union's Day of Christmas music. Music from 7 European countries, including Spain. Broadcast for example on BBC Radio 3 http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3/programmes/schedules and I would imagine will be available on the iplayer for a week after.
