Where to obtain the credencial in Valenca / Tui

I'll be walking from Valenca in the last week of September. Does anywhere there issue credenciales, or should I wait to get one from Tui?

Last year when I walked from Porto, I stayed at the albergue in Valenca. I met a guy who was starting out from Valenca and I believe that he got his crendtial there (at the albergue in Valenca).
