Where should I go?

I arrive in Paris on the 11th of August. I need to be in Granon on the 1st of September. I don't have time to walk all the way (though I'd like to some day). Any suggestions on a week or 10 days of walking to somewhere near Granon? I've already covered from San Jean to Santiago on the French Route and I'd like to see other countryside.
