What is the best way to get a group of 12 from Santiago airport to Sarria to begin our walk?
Taxi? Does anyone know if you can hire a van to take you there. If so what is the approximate cost? Thanks

When are you arriving? There is one bus daily that is direct from the airport. I took a student group last January. Otherwise you can take a bus to Lugo and and then switch to a bus to Sarria

You can also hire a bus, but is is much cheaper just to buy bus tickets.

Here is the Monbus site for bus rental with a driver. There may be other options.

Depending on how much time you have then a somewhat out-there suggestion is simply to walk to Sarria. Afterall, you are going to walk back so why not walk there following a different Camino route? Your forum name implies that you like walking and so that is what I suggested.
