From my experience, the weather changes daily from the weather app projection. Once you are on the Camino simply look out of the door or window and decide if you are walking.

Unless you are doing research for a weather project I suggest that you do not get hung up on the weather or weather apps

I don't have any doubt each day that I'll be walking, but I look out the door or window to decide whether I need my rain gear, or which outer layers I'll need.

I used to rely on an app called tiempo.es, but it doesn't seem to exist any longer.
I now rely mostly on another app, meteoblue

As it is Western Europe the weather can change in a matter of hours and generally a really long range forecast is nothing more than speculation.
Try something like AccuWeather that you will be happy with in your own language and which gives 5 day, day and 4 hour rainfall accuracy
