A stationery shop may sell it, we are fairly sure we saw some in one on the Inglés last year. Personally I have always carried some ready cut pieces with me, kept down my bladder pack pocket as I carry water bottles and no bladder.

I saw an artists' supply store in Salamanca, but I'm afraid I can't remember where.

I find that the Corte Ingles chain carry almost everything. They have shops in Pamplona and Burgos at least. Probably Leon as well.

If your travels take you to a town with a Tiger store, they carry watercolor pads too.
