Walking stick in Coimbra

We will be starting sans sticks from Coimbra. I'm hoping they are available in a store there? Anyone have a recommendation?

Very enjoyable town with great food and Fado music but everything seems to be at the very top or very bottom of a very steep climb! Sorry I don't know where to get sticks but I sure used mine there!

Nice university town. There is a long main street just after the bridge. I stopped at the pharmacy there. Lots of shop including a sports store or two (not sure the exact location). Should have no problem for you (a big town).

Decathlon is a large French/European sport store chain that has a shop in Coimbra that will certainly have walking poles. Unfortunately, it’s not centrally located.
