Walking route from Santiago do Cacém to Lisbon?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Sorry can't help as I walked south from Santiago do Cacém but look around here, I know that there is a thread from a Frenchman (?) who did it. Good luck.
