Are you walking the coastal or central route? Check Gronze.com, wise pilgrim and or buen camino apps for open albergues. There will be open albergues for sure. Call the albergue you want to sleep in to make sure they are open no matter what the websites/app report on open close dates. Flooding, I have no idea and have not read anything here or anywhere about flooding. Where did you read about flooding?
