Via Turonensis: from Bordeaux to StJPP

Hi. I am looking at options for a camino in Sept with my 15 year old daughter. I can't seem to find any good staging guides online (as one can for the Frances) for the Via Turonensis from Bordeaux to StJPP. Can anyone point me to such a guide/staging document? What is the accommodation infrastructure like in Sept? We would be targeting mostly hotels due to daughter's ADHD/ASD. Any idea what the distance is and topography and hence the number of days? I am 53 and although historically have been in shape (marathons, wilderness canoeing) I am now overweight and not in shape....

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
