Vía de Bayonna in September '19

Hello dear pilgrims,

I'm planing to do a combination of a couple of caminos (and parts of them) and though I do have quite a detailed plan on where to walk, I would like to get some feedback prior to the walk and maybe adjust my plans. I'm walking with my fiancee (who I met on our latest camino) and I wanted to start in Bayonne to have a day in France and continue to Burgos. Afterwards we're heading (by bus) to Avilés to continue the Norte (which I didn't finish in 2016, because the Salvador was calling) and then back to Ponferrada (by bus) to walk the Invierno to SdC. This is not final, so if you have many recommendations I'd love to adjust accordingly. We met in Lugo, so that's a stop which I am planing to do.
As I'm here in the Vasco subforum, I would like to know if you have any recommendations in regard to this part. In particular, I read somewhere, that the stage La puebla de Arganzón to Haro is supposed to be pretty, so I planned to walk there and return to Miranda de Ebro the next day. Has anyone seen those stages and can give me an advice on if it's worth the detour.
Are there many paved roads on the classic routes (gronze.com) and are the alternative routes, which I already read about here compatible with a budget focused pilgrimage?

Probably I forgot something more, so maybe I'll have to add something later.

I read somewhere, that the stage La puebla de Arganzón to Haro is supposed to be pretty, so I planned to walk there and return to Miranda de Ebro the next day.

This is a fabtastic camino, @dd581 .
We solved the conundrum with a round-trip on the train from MdE. But somewhere I have the wikoloc track from Haro to MdE; the original idea was to walk to Haro on the Vasco, then walk from there to MdE, but time was a limitation.

Thank you @VNwalking! Yes, I already consumed this thread joyfully. I was wandering if you have taken any alternatives or if you would recommend to take any known alternatives, especially, e.g. your second stage on mostly asphalt and concrete. I suppose the suppose one needs to pay attention on the stages if budget is of importance and it won't be as affordable as the frances.

There aren't many options there, unless you're willing (and fit enough) to go seriously off-piste.
@peregrina2000 just did a hilly option that gets atound the pavement on the 2nd and 3rd days though:

Everything is booked, now. We'll start on Sep. 29th and if the weather will allow it, we'll do the Saiatz variant. I am soooo looking forward! Can't wait! Thank you all for the feedback!
