The Via Francigena Association is offering 6 free organised walks (2 * 3 days) in the Apulia region of Italy. Outline is

6 free hikes are scheduled for September 2024 in the picturesque region of Puglia, in the beautiful stretch from Bari to Brindisi: from 12 to 15 September 2024 from Bari to Monopoli and from 27 to 29 September 2024 from Torre Canne (Fasano) to Brindisi. The final stage will coincide with the celebration of the European Week of Sport.

Having been along this route earlier this year I can recommend going as you'll see some great countryside, beautiful beaches, blue sea, and historic towns. Route is fairly flat too.
