Where can we get our Camino Passport in Valenca? Can we pick up passport in Porto and only start in valenca?

Yes you can. Ordering it in advance or getting it in Porto (eg at the Cathedral) will be the easiest options.

I bought two before I left for my two Caminos this year. One for Camino Francés and one for Camino Portuguese from Valencia. it was nice to have them before I left.
