The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hi,
What browser and operating system are you using? For me the Avatar upload option is available when using IE on Windows Vista but greyed out when using Safari browser on iPad.

Hi jpierre,

Click on User Control Panel, which is just below the page banner.

When the User Control Panel is displayed, click on the Profile tab and select Edit Avatar on the left-hand side. Use the Browse button to navigate to the picture you wish to use (note the size restrictions), select it and click Submit. There is another control to specify a web based image rather than one on your local file system.

Roberto es tu tio!

Regards
Mig
