Transportation to Triacastela or Sarria from Bilbao or Logrono

Any thoughts on how to get to either Triacastela or Sarria from Bilbao or Logrono? I am somewhat flexible but would like to go as directly as possible. Thank you.

Renfe train from either Bilbao or Logrono to Sarria

Empresa Monforte (Monbus) operates a bus once either direction between Sarria and Piedrafita do Cebreiro with a stop in Triacastela.

If you intend to get to Triacastela it might be more time efficient to leave the train at Ponferrada and take ALSA bus to Piedrafita do Cebreiro.

Alternatively take flight from Bilbao to A Coruna, then take Arriva bus to Lugo and Monbus to Sarria or Renfe train to Sarria, or, take flight to Santiago take Empresa Freire bus to Lugo and Monbus to Sarria.
