I never found bus service from Vigo to Tui. ALSA from Santiago stopped at Vigo, which is when I noticed I could have taken the Renfe train. I may have missed something, such as a local bus. Vigo and Tuy are not far apart.

ATSA (not ALSA) provides several buses daily between Tui and Vigo. ATSA does not have a website.
