Transport from Lisbon to Porrino

We are visiting Fatima prior to starting the Portuguese Camino from Porrino. Any suggestions of travel from fatima to Porrino by bus / train welcome.
Plan to travel to Porrino on Sun 4th Oct. 2015 and start walk Monday 5th Oct. 2015. Our time is limited for the walk so only planning on 100 km over 5/6 days.
