Totally off camino... Spanish Fan Club

I had a gig last night and there were a lot of Spanish in the audience... a large group of maybe 20? After a few beers they were dancing and singing A LOT. They asked if we could speak Spanish and I caused much amusement with my Camino Spanish... all I could really manage was:

• Do you have any beds?
• I'm sorry I'm English and I don’t speak Spanish
• Do you speak English or French please?
• Coffee and Toast please
• Do you have a pilgrim’s menu?

You get the idea... and so did they! They loved it... and kept coming up and giving me high-fives even though I was trying to sing! It's amazing how the camino spills over into every part of our lives
