Tedinho Boot?

Hello! I'm brand new and will be walking from Pamplona to SdC in May 2014. I have been told to expect rain during this time of the year. I'm from Seattle. I can do rain! : ) With that in mind, has anyone had any experience with using a river boot such as these? Thanks for any input or ideas!

This is a boot designed specifically for use in an aquatic enviroment. You will need footwear to deal with "Distance Hiking". Waterproofing, for you, should be important but always secondary consideration.
