Suitcase storage before the hike?

Hello all!

I am a college student from the US currently studying abroad in Madrid, and I know that hiking the 100km is what my heart calls for.

However I am worried about what to do with my larger suitcase that will sustain me for another 3 months while I study in Madrid. Should I do my hike during Sante Samanea where I can leave my suitcase at home but be crimped on time, or is there a way that I could check my big suitcase in a locker during my hike?
