Starting from Porto

Muriel and I started our Camino from Se do Porto cathedral this morning. Short walk to the beautiful Matoshinos. Loving it here. Tomorrow the serious walking starts. We are so excited about this journey of faith. Andrew

We loved walking along the ocean but the combo of sand and boardwalk can get to your feet. We turned inland at Vila do Conde. Loved the Portuguese! The people, the food, and the wine were stellar. Didn't like the cobblestones and "take your life in your hands" walking on busy roads with no shoulders.
