solar phone charger

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
No--you will be able to charge most, if not all, nights.

Is your "ak" Alaska?

Perfect memento/gift in a presentation box. Engraving available, 25 character max.
Yes Alaska
Where in Alaska? I'm in Skagway. My solar charger did not go to Spain with me but it did do the Chilkoot with me last year. Totally different accessibility conditions.

Like Cher said, you will be able to charge your phone in nearly every albergue that I can think of.
You will need to pick up a plug adapter. I've seen them on the Rick Steves Travel site for $1.
And remember not to leave your phone while charging unless you can afford to lose it.

Off topic...hey, up there, AK gals (I'm right below you in HI)...
I'm headed for a place where I'll need a solar charger and am looking at the REI website right now. If either of you have any recommendations/advice I'd be glad to have it...a PM, please...not to clutter up the thread because as you say there's absolutely no need of them on the Camino.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
In 2013 I purchased a Wakawaka solar charger from a European supplier (I am in Canada). Charged my phone, acted as a flashlight and contributed to a non-profit through the purchase! I used it a few times when the my walking partner and I were separated for a few days (we brought a single charger & cord between us) and when the chargers/outlets at albergues were full or scarce (not all have great numbers of outlets). It could charge while walking and resting, when I placed it out in the sun . . . Saved me a few times, and the weight was not a burden!

Waka-waka is what I use too, but not on Camino. It was recommended by my grand-daughter in 2013. @Viranani , if you have a teenager to ask, they are probably up on the latest and greatest.
