SIM card on the Del Mar

Of the three most popular: Orange, Movistar, and Vodafone, which SIM card works best for walking the Del Mar given the seemingly remote looking areas on the route?

In May 2019, my husband and I walked the Ruta del Cantabrico (coincides/runs alongside the Camino del Mar). We had Vodafone sims and they worked fine as far as I remember. We haven't tried the others.
