Planning to do the last 100km in spain in mid January 2018, is it a bad idea ? Only have time for 5 walking days. What route can you suggest pls?

I don't know if it is a bad idea, but it is more difficult than in other seasons. Intermediary stops will all be closed, both bars and albergues, so there will be little opportunity to shorten stages. The Camino Frances will have the most infrastructure open, so pick the stretch you would like.
