Santiago to Viviero

Hi All,
Hoping to start our camino on the 10th of July from Ferrol. Before we begin we are meeting friends in Viveiro and sailing for a week first.
We arrive in Santiago on Tues the 3rd of July at approx 16.00. We want to go to Viveiro that evening,
struggling to get train/bus times
What is the best route?
Should we get a bus to Ferrol from Santiago and then another bus to Viveiro?
Is there a train option?
Really looking to our trip and have got wonderful ideas and advice from the forum,
Any help with this request will be much appreciated,
