Numbers walking at the moment are very low. The chances of randomly meeting another pilgrim who wants a taxi from the airport to Sarria at 7pm are pretty small.
Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19

Probably worth considering a hotel close to the airport, there are a couple, and the early bus to Lugo in the morning. Plenty of connections to Sarria.

We have a litle Christmas Club here, but I don't recall anybody arriving the same day.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
