We made a reservation for Roncesvalles through their site on May 7, 2022 (for 2 beds for August 6th). The money came out of our bank account, but we have not heard anything or received an email with any confirmation that our beds are reserved. I went back to their site and sent a message through their site on the 13th inquiring, and still have not heard anything. Should we be worried about this or does anyone know if this is how they operate (I know they must be crazy busy). Just afraid of getting there and not having beds. In 2017 we didn't make a reservation and we ended up in an overflow area which definitely wasn't the best, but we were thankful we had a place to lay our heads. Anyone else reserve through their site and what was your experience re confirmation. Thank You.
