Abastos 2.0 if you like seafood.
Taberna do Bispo for a bit more "touristic" tapas (still good)
O Gato Negro for a bit mor traditional experience

Lots of options here. Last January my group told them where we were from and they started running a video of our town's streets on the big screens. Very festive place.

But I agree about the market, also for a bit larger budget: LUME (which is across the street from the market) and the Gato Negro is kind of a "classic institution" in the old town... maybe for *after* the meal?

Star quality.
Menu but also sharing plates.
Highly recommended.
