Can anybody suggest some nice places to stop and have a rest day? Quiet beach. Say 1/3 and 2/3 of the route.

About 7km after San esteban de lecces you hit some beaches, i think there is accommodation there, it is quiet but beautiful, for the next 5 km you keep coming back to beaches then you get to la isla which has an Albergue, the beach can get very busy here.

Also after Luarca the camino heads inland but the traditional now unused route goes to Navia along an old coastal path called the Costa Naveiga, there are quiet beaches along it. I think they altered the camino to make it go inland past the Pinera albergue. You might need to ask at the tourist info in luarca on how to connect with this route.

The coastal path after Tapia has lots of little hidden gem beaches, just follow the coast after Tapia ignoring the yellow arrows they keep dragging you back inland for a km or two. There is accommodation on the last two routes, ask at the Tourist info.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
A little after Llanes is the lovely estuarine cove of Poo, or Boo, both appear on road signs and maps, a lovely place with a pleasant bar / comedor with rooms overlooking the sands. Can't remember the name but I'll never forget the vast platter of seafood or the wine :D

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
