Camino Portugues - Porto to Vigo, 2017; Vigo to SDC to Muxia, 2018
Hi. I actually meant to post this last summer after I returned from my walk along the Coastal Camino Portugues. Let's call this making up for lost time.

This was a wonderful place to stay - beautifully though simply designed, and incredible hospitality. I even speculated that I would stop by on my way back to Porto, which would have meant staying a Saturday night. The mother of the owner pointed out that the train back to Porto wouldn't be stopping in Carreco on a Sunday, but never mind, they'd drive me to the nearest town. It was very difficult to push on after just one night's stay, and at least one guest I met decided to stay longer because he liked being there so much.

Unfortunately, I don't have a phone number handy, but it's right on the path.

Hope this recommendation helps some of you.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
I've now given it a red colour in my list which means that it is a good one!

Hi CJ, this may be a little confusing :).
Red usually means STOP! to me.
And Green usually means GO!
Gronze works on that basis too: Green is "thumbs up" and Red is "thumbs down".
Just saying . . . . ;)

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Good point....my brain has the same colour coding...think the colour was chosen as it is more visible than others when scrolling through the list

Fabulous albergue. Exceptionally clean, duvets turned down at night, crips white sheets, beautifully rural, great kitchen and beautiful grounds. Don't miss this albergue!
