Recent experience with ridesharing between Spain and Portugal?

I'm wondering if anyone has recent experience with Uber or other rideshare apps? I want to know all my options, in case I have to be flexible. I plan to arrive in and leave Santiago during the celebration of St. James, and am concerned about making my July 26th flight back home. I plan to make my way back to Porto on Monday the 25th (the actual feast day), and my understanding is that trail and bus transportation may be limited on Mondays/holidays in Spain/Portugal.

You can buy a ticket on Flixbus for that route on July 25th. I didn't get any results on the Alsa bus website though.
