I live in the NEIGHborhood
It's passed me twice, but in peak season, July school holidays time.I've walked that stretch three times and I've never seen a horse and carriage.
Yes, I did it in 2017 and it was €15. I felt bad for the horses, but he is assuring me in our conversation at the start of the video that they live a good life. From earlier years, I know that this service has been offered from the outskirts of Carrion (after the city centre), near an old church/monastery, starting at 8.30 AM. I have been tempted, as the walk ahead is a long and tiresome 17 kms without nothing. I think they charge you 15 Euros for the ride.
Thank you. I am wondering too. Will be there in early April.I live in the NEIGHborhood and have not seen the flyers around this year. Will try to remember to ask Mariano at Bar Espana. He knows all this stuff.

Okay. Thank you for checking. I will be through in early April so I will assume not then.Mariano says YES, they're going to get it going this year again. But no one can say just when.
Thanks Rebekah - do you have any updates? I’m in Hontanas now and would like to take carriage if at all possibleI live in the NEIGHborhood and have not seen the flyers around this year. Will try to remember to ask Mariano at Bar Espana. He knows all this stuff.
