Problem shipping to Casa Ivar

I tried to help a friend to ship a package to Casa Ivar today. A caring woman working at the past office in Belorado would not agree to ship it to the Casa Ivar address. She recommended shipping it to the post office in Santiago, pilgrim rate and that they would keep it for 75 days. We spent over 1/2 hour talking through google translate. We though she first said that it needed to be picked up sooner so eventually gave up, very confused. What are other experiences?

I have heard this before... but if you want to ship it here, who are they to tell you where you should ship it?

They are probably just trying to help... but...

Either way, if you sent it to the post office you will most likely be fine. No stress.

Were you asking to use the Paq Peregrino rate? If so, that's only for shipping to the post office. Ivar suggests asking for the Paquete Azul rate. Disregard my comment if that's what you did.
